Allstate Merchant Services, LLC Merchant Processing Services Con Artists - Bait & Switch New York, New York

This company & its affiliates are Big Scam Artists... Beware!   They are Liars...I gave them a chance to correct their deficiencies before cancelling my services and they promised me refunds and to date I still have not received them   They automatically withdrew my PCI compliance fees from each of my (2) merchant accounts for $120 each after I told them that I was cancelling my services.   To date I have not received any Refunds for these fees or any of the other overcharges that they took from my account that was not authorized.

How can these people operate a business this way????   Why doesn't the State Attorney's Office in New York investigate their unethical business operations????

Stay Away from Them.....Be very Cautious when you are looking for a Credit Card Processing Company.....Beware of "Early Termination" Fees.   Allstate Merchants out right lied about these fees....stating you have a 90 free trial period.   However, that is a Lie....because if you want to opt out of their services....they will automatically withdraw from your checking account the "early termination fee" of $495 without your consent!
You cannot contest this withdrawal with your bank either!!!    So Beware!
