Alpha Card Services, Otherwise Known As 'Viridian' AZ Merchant Service Company that RIPS OFF Employees and AZ Merchants alike!! Tempe Arizona

This company is as crooked as any I've ever run into in Arizona. They need to be shut down.

They tell the Merchant/prospect they are Alpha Card Services, when they are not...they aren't even a subsidiary of Alpha Card Services. They tell the Merchant/prospect they are the only company who can give them TIER 2 National Interchange Rates. Yet in training, we employees are informed that is a 'little white lie'...that the Merchant isn't going to save a dime with them, they just hide their rates well!! That made me sick to my stomach and I called in sick the next day, and the next, so I could search for other employment.

Tamera is the manager there...that is one GHETTO broad, let me assure you! I've never worked for such a poorly educated, poorly dressed, entire body tatoo-encased, foul-mouthed 'manager'....she has no business running a sales floor. I watched her and her lead salesman, Mike, YELL at customers and hang up the phone on them! One customer, the last day I was there searched and actually found the company and called back to complain, he was treated so poorly.

No....my advice from seeing this company from the INSIDE is...STEER CLEAR of Alpha Card Services/Viridian...or whoever they say they are!!

Arizona Attorney General and Industrial Commission is getting my report next!
