Benchmark solutions Credit Card Processing New York, New York

First, Merchant Funding Solutions contact small business owners and offer them a "CASH ADVANCE" vs. a "LOAN".  See attached Document.  Then the small business owner is told that they don't qualify for the amount requested but they can get a cash advance by using Benchmark Merchant Solutions as their credit card processing service.  Then Merchant Funding Solutions claim that they act as an intermediary between the bank and the credit card processing company (Benchmark). 

The company who seeks the "cash advance" then switches their credit card processing provider to procure the advance only to find themselves in a quagmire of red tape, voice mail mazes, and loss of capital as their transactions are held up indefinitely.   Currently, the Company indicated on the application attached hereto is out $7000 that has not been returned to them as they used the credit card service and  Benchmark is holding the money despite multiple attempts to resolve the issues.  Given the breadth of the complaints and their substance, I felt compelled to report this to the Attorney General's Office of Maryland.
