CAPITAL ONE IS THAT CAPITAL ONE 'S UNETHICAL BUSINESS CONDUCT RIPOFF Salt Lake City Utah

I am writing to share with you about my disappointment in regard of the unethical business conduct from Capital One credit card services. There story is as follow:
·On 04-09-2007, I made a request for payment online for the amount of $9.95 which is due for payment on 04-09.2007. (Unfortunately, I did not print out the payment confirmation)
·On 04-21-2007, I checked my account and found out that request was not executed. Therefore, the balance of $9.95 became past-due amount and a past due fee of $19 was charged to my account. To protect my creditbility, I immediately made another online payment request for the whole outstanding balance of $39.40. This time, I printed out the payment confirmation.
· Today, 04-22-2007, that payment transaction has not shown up when I checked my account online. The balance on my account is still there.
Now, I can conclude that something goes wrong with their (Capital One) system or at least to my account. My concern is whether it is a techincal error or Capital One deliberately did so to earn income for their business.

Did you make this online payment at Capital One's website, or through your bank's online bill-pay service?
If you paid online at Capital One's website, what time did you make your payment on April 9th? If it was before 3pm ET (or 2pm Central, since you're in Texas), then it should have posted the same day. If it was after 2pm Central Time, then it wouldn't post until the next business day.
Same question about the April 21st payment. Did you submit it online at Capital One's website? If so, was it submitted before or after 2pm Central Time?
Since today (April 22nd) is a Sunday, if you submitted your payment after 2pm Central Time on Saturday, it won't show up yet because today's a non-business day. The earliest it would show up is tomorrow, Monday April 23rd.
Have you called Capital One to find out if they've been having problems with their website?
