Central Payment Corporation ,CP Central Payment Ripoff! Larkspur California

I owned Unique Fashion in Indianapolis. I closed my business due to the economy in 3/2008. I continued the service with Central Payment to honor the contract and paid $34/mo for 10 more moths until my contract was over. I contacted Central Payment Corp. To cancel my contract at the completion of the term of the contract, overpaying $340, then they told me that I have to pay $150 for the termination because my contract renewed automatically.

I agreed to pay the extra $150; which it was to be broken into 3 payment of $50; well the went ahead and withdraw 1 payment of $150 overdrawing my bank account I contacted Central Payment and spoke to a manager names "Larry" again and they said that they did this because I did not sign the payment agreement. I was not told that I had to sing a payment agreement and they claimed that they mailed it to me; they did not, then they withdraw $34 for the month.

Now they just withdraw $695 because I did not return the Terminal; I was never told that I had to return the Terminal, I have no interest in keeping it since I no longer have a business; if they would have told me I would have return it. I had to rush to the bank and deposit money because my Mortgage payment will be taken out today, risking loosing my job.

This company has a huge lock of communication among them self and to their clients, I've been talking to a person named Larry who is supposable the manager; I called back today trying to resolve this issue and that would not help the manager was not even there and they are saying that the manager name is Nery Espinal who I have not even hear from before, I don't know if this is a cover up to cover his name or a scam. I requested for a manager to call me a soon as he gets it, they said that it will be about 3 hours before he does.

If you add all these charges they add up to $1219 US Dollars. This is very unacceptable. Someone just called back stating that she is Nery Espinal assistant and nothing was resolved. I asked her to have Nery call me. I will be sendind that terminal today.
