CIT LEASE FINANCE GROUP RIPPING OFF HONEST HARD WORKING PEOPLE AND RUINING LIVES! CHICAGO Illinois

Our family business got suckered into signing a lease through a credit processing company (BANK CARD SERVICES in LA, SF, and more) which is also another horror story. We signed a lease which was not mentioned for a terminal which costs $300.00 for the amount of some thousand dollars.

We have been paying, even though we do not use their service because we thought it was better off paying than to deal with their company.

Now our file is in collection, over default, when they have happily taken out every months payments, and denying to fix my parent's credit. We have every bank statement that proves that they made the mistake, but still, NO ONE wants to make their wrong into right.
This company takes honest, hard working families money, and sends their info to collection agencies as a defaulted account. When asked to remove us from the collection and to fix our credit because we have provided proof that we have been paying, CIT LEASE FINACE GROUP refuses to take any action. All the workers DO NOT know what they are doing, and it's a nightmare trying to find one decent representative to correct their mistake.
