The sales pitch is wonderful and the rates are so low they seemed too good to be true. My experience with them in the begining was prompt service & attention and ended with lots & lots of lies. My funds have been held and calls have been made. It prompted me to do my research and I come to find that on their website it says they are Accredited BBB business and they are not. It means they don't have to make that good faith effort to resolve issues and that they are liers. My rates had to be determined by our accountant and are much higher than quoted and on the application. My terminals, 4 of them, all wireless, did not work when they arrived and were obviously refurbished seeing scratches everywhere. It wasn't the nurit 8020 as quoted. It was the 8000 which sells for so much less elsewhere and this machine is sold to you as a 'brand new machine'. From now on I will purchase and go new only. My organization is charitable and every dollar saved is precious. We left our other provider for high fees and now we thought we would save and pay so much more. I should have never left my agent. She was great. How do you steal from a Charity? I found out that they market under other names and have noticed that as per the last post the so-called testimonials are false. Look at your statement if you even get one but if not just call and stay on hold 3 hours like I did to get only online access.

Mark Greenblatt you're an sorry salesperon and a dishonest man if you have been there as long as you say on the phone. If you are the manager who is the owner? Everything that comes out your mouth is a lie. He sells you and then disappears. They are not a direct processor. Global is their processor. How do you sleep at night Mr. Mark Greenblatt!!!
