CREDITSET PROCESSING JOHN CASTALANO FRAUDULENT CONTRACT - SCAM - THIEF - CON ARTIST - Internet

This company opened an account with my busines without any authority. A previous employee opened the account, while they were no longer employed with my company. The represenative, John Castalano 954-358-6400, personally knew the previous employee and allowed that person to forge all documents to open the contract. The contract charged higher then usual fees and allowed credit set to pay a monthly payment to the previos employee. Mr Castalano also used the previous employees home adress as my business address. Therefore I have never recieved one statement to my business about all merchant processing. I have contacted First data, which is their main merchant processing company to complain. Creditset no longer has a working (877 number) and the represenative does not return or answer any calls. When I called first data to complain, they called Mr. Castalano on a conference call, which he answered. Once I had him on the phone, he assured me he would send me the forged contract, all statements, and correct the adress and contact information within 24hrs. I have not heard from him since and hangs up all calls when I try to reach them. He is a scam artsist! This is fraud!
