I took out a merchant advance through Infinity Capital in california who uses Cynergy Data as the processor. As i was paying down the advance i found out an additional 10 % was being held by Cynergy Data. This account is now closed Cynergy is still holding $13,000 and will not release until 9 months after the account is closed. Be careful and understand under the guidlines of the merchant services they cal legally hold any amount of money up to nine months.
