IRS passed federal law for company to report total yearly amounts that they process for companies.

Elavon wants to set up interent account that will let you login and view, they are charging Merchants a one time setup fee of $59.00 for your 2011 YTD that the IRS is mandating them to do. However, they have to also send you a report in January.

Whether you want to use this internet service or not they will deduct $59.00 from your account and you have nothing to say about it.

I'm sorry this is wrong --- they get enough money out of us.

They take a percentage of the total sales (including state taxes --- monies that we don't keep --- we have to turn that in quarterly to IRS)

What wrong with that picture as a whole ????
