first data emp solutions charged my EFT after I cancelled my account nov. 2011-2012. then gave me grief but will not reverse charges ft. lauderdale, Florida

I cancelled my 1st Data, aka express merchant processing solutions, account in Nov. 2011 but $129.95 was still taken from my bank account Nov. 27,2011 for supposed services through Nov. 2012. actually, EMPS had been talking money from the same account since 2009 when they contend that I renewed this account that I had cancelled in 2001(which customer service agreed with me). But when I attempted to get the charges reversed per phone conversations, I was given the runaround and told to call approx. 10 different phone numbers from Wells Fargo Bank to China processing.

 These companies should have criminal charges instated against their procedures in addition to repayment of funds taken fraudulently. Surely my company isn't their only victim. I just want to report this activity and ask if you have any suggestions concerning this frustrating problem?
