First Horizon Merchant Services ripoff on terminating your account Englewood Colorado

Tried to cancel my account and was given the run around. I was finally sent a closer packet to terminate my account two months after my 1st telephone call (4 Calls in all) and was charged min. charges for both my stores during that period. I finally had my account closed, only to recieve a $210.00 Charge per location for termination fee. My contract states a 2 year length which was up in June of 2005. They are stating that my contract automatically renews and that I must call within 1 month of the aniversary date to cancel. What a bunch of ________. You fill in the blank. How can companies be allowed to rip off the consumer like this and still be in business?
