First USA Bank, Bank One rip-off! Programmed not to bend. Wilmington, Delaware

Letter? what Letter I asked the Customer Service department at First USA. I was told to get my credit report. I paid 60 dollars to get my credit report only to see that I had no delinquent or late payments. I had received credit 33 times of which I still had 12 opened accounts 3 paid off. I closed three and paid off 3 others. I had 5 existing credit cards and planned on taking care of them.

I called First USA to work with me on the orig. 13.24%of which they increased me to 24.99% by a fictional letter. I told them I pulled my credit report and what I found and that I request they set me back to 13 percent. They would not budge. They made me feel as though I was a low life. They said that my payments were never enough (although I paid every one 20-50 dollars over the requested amount).

First USA would not work with me. I was told that if I could pay $5,000. on the account they would lower my interest rate. I did receive hives from this nightmare, I called several times for them to work with me and they were very cold and would not bend. I pay my bills I could care less what the Credit Report reads. They are out there fishing for people like you and I and when they get you they hit you with more interest to get their small interest back. I cannot see how they can get away with this. I feel I had 3 strikes against me.

My husband has 2 charge cards with bank one and a checking account. I think that is the answer, the checking account.. He also holds insurance with them.

They never touched him. I am now paying them off and i will never recommend their bank... They play GOT CHA... I don't like their game.
