I sent in time full payment of over $5,000.00 which should have paid the bill in full with no interest due. I received a bill showing the payment I had made and added interest of over $1,450. I called and they said they had not received the payment in time. I don't know how long it set on someones desk before being posted. After many phone calls, I talked to a man and he and his superiors said it was taken off my account, but just now received another bill of all interest over $1,575.
