Innovative Merchant Service ~ Intuit Unable to shut off credit card automatic withdrawal from Bank accounts Calabasa California

Unable to shut off accounts. We owned Several locations and had contracted with Intuit to use their Merchant Service for our credit card system. When we closed we notified them. After 2 years of sending faxes, certified mail and phone calls they still do not respond.

We were finally able to get the bank to recognize the issue and they shut off the automatic withdrawal. Banks can not interfere in contractual agreements.

Small business owners do not understand until it is too late, a company not registered in your state can not be taken to small claims court. You can file but they can ignore it. You may file in their state, but who has the money to have a lawyer represent you in another state.
