Integra Financial Benefits ripoff Champlain New York

I have been ripped off by this company. I recieved a phone call at the end of Feb. 2005, was told they were going to help me rebuild my credit by giving me an unsecured credit card with a limit of $2000. for a one time fee of $249.00 and that the money would be withdrawn from my account on march 2 and the card would show up within a couple weeks of them withdrawing the money. The card has not shown up. I finally got a hold of someone at the phone number provided to me which is 1-866-848-6234.
Today is the first time I hopped on line to see where my card was.

When I typed Integra Financial Benefits in my search engine, this is the first site that popped up. I feel so stupid for falling for this scam and I am having no luck with any of the numbers listed in similar reports.

I have tried contacting Payment Resources International at 1-888-835-1777 and they said they could not do anything for me. I also tried Global Marketing at 1-866-849-1486 and was told the same thing. Someone please help me to get my money back or to stop this so-called company from ripping anyone else off.
