Leaders Merchant Services seemed like a great company when I first talked to the salesman who opened my account. They promised a flat 15.00 plus 2.04% on credit card transactions, when I asked if there would be any other charges the sales man said no that would be it. They gave me three months free service and my nightmare began.

The first month there was a security fee of 5$, we had just opened our bank account and this fee cause an overdraft charge of 30.00 We then got a client who wanted to process 697.00 via Credit Card, I was exited to use our new credit card processor for the first time and the free machine which cost us 45$ to ship in from leaders was broken.

I called leaders and they offered to replace the machine and I could put the CC funds on hold for processing by phone. I did as instructed and when the money did not show up in my account after a week I called leaders and found that this amount was over what our contract had stipulated as the "average transaction."

After numerous calls to leaders I gave up defeated and called my client asking if I could get a check instead. Leaders then charged over 10% for a charge back fee on a credit card that they could not process for us.

I have become so irritated with leaders that I cannot talk to them rationally, I begin swearing and pitching a fit every time I hear there name.

Leaders in my opinion belongs in Nigeria as they are rude evasive and steal money directly from your account and call it a service.

Stay away from leaders, report leaders, and do not deal with this company as they will only hurt your company after pretending they really want to help you succeed.
