On 4/20/04, I entered into a contract with Lease Finance Group not knowing that I the headaches that would follow there after. First I was told it would be a two year lease but to save me some money I could lease for one month and then trade the machine in and buy a used machine which would save me $1000. The contract I received stated 48 months. It was stated I could not break the contract under no circumstances and pay the full contract then buy the machine.

Then I noticed on my bank statements there were numerous transaction fees daily. When I contacted the bank, they told me it was LFG/Retreiver. The contract stated that all fees would be monthly. I was told I would be refunded the charges and overdraft fees but this was a lie.

After months of frustration I attempted to cancel the contract. I was told over the phone that my service would be cancelled but they continued charging the account.

This nightmare assisted in shutting my shop down prematurely because it caused my bank account to remain in overdraft status.

I welcome a class action lawsuit.
