First, let me begin by saying that I have been involved in credit card processing for over three years.  I met with Merchant Hub and quickly noticed the companies agenda.  All they want is for you to give them contacts of people you know who own businesses (warm Market).  If you leave the company, they dont pay you on your residuals.  They keep every commission that the agent earns, if the agent leaves.  No reputable company in the industry does that.

I did the training with this  man named Alex Jimenez who actually was very professional and knowledgeable.  But he quickly introduced me to Danny Beydoun who is a ruthless individual.  I quickly realized that Danny was only interested in my circle of friends and family who owned businesses.  We would constantly ask me and text me about it.

There were many things that bothered me about the company like compensation, payouts on terminals, etc.  But what bothered me most was the sexual harrassment I got from Mr. Beydoun.  I recieved very distasteful and inappropiate text messages, sometimes late in the evening, or early morning.  He would send me pictures, and constantly ask me out.

I would express to him I was in a relationship, but he would not take no for an answer. It wasreally bad.

Ladies beware of this man.  And anyone in the merchant services industry, this company is a joke.

AUTHOR: the truth - Miami (United States of America)

I have also been in the credit card processing industry for years and I'm very impressed with Merchant Hub, there process of attaining and  retaining customers, their customer service and way of conducting business. It takes time, committment and sacrifice to be successful at any company.  Getting warm market leads in any sales job is very common, I've always been asked to get my circle of friends and family into business with me at any sales job.  Clearly putting in some effort is too difficult for some. I’m further impressed with Mr. Beydoun’s way of handling the representatives of Merchant Hub and its consumers.  You’re clearly disgruntled about your career fading at Merchant Hub.  I’ve worked closely with Danny Beydoun and he has never been inappropriate with me.  Maybe you’re the person who was coming onto him and he denied your advances.  Do you have proof? where are the alleged pictures? What exactly did he do wrong?  Maybe you’re taking something simple and innocent and twisted the situation? I highly doubt he would send you messages/pictures.  He was one of the most professional people I’ve worked with.  He’s far too busy running a company to waste time or ruin his career time on ATTENTION GETTERS.  Move on and good luck!
