Be wary about noblepay advertisements. They are misleading and are flat out dishonest. They lie on their ads and they will not care about you later on when you are locked in a contract.
Don't assume that their low priced hardware comes with the best processing because it usually doesn't.
Don't buy their hardware. You can't take with you to any other processor.
Watch out for lease terms, It is irrevocable and you have to pay a high percentage rate like 15-20% because it is not in-house.
Noblepay processors secretly lock their terminals with a code that only their system can unlock. What a SCAM.
Their total startup cost is low to bait you, hardware pricing maybe tempting initially, be sure to shop around.
Be careful of signing a contract too hastily with them. Read their application carefully because their contracts carry a non-cancellation clause and high penalty. Noblepay will not leave an application with you overnight, they try to use "high pressure" tactics so that you don't really know what your signing.
if you have been ripoffed by them , please contact me, we can initial a class-action law suit against them .

This is Christopher Swift, founder of NoblePay.
Though rare, I'm deeply concerned anytime someone has a bad experience with our organization.
I'm also troubled but the accusations listed below as these are not accurate?
We've never locked a merchant into a contract, in fact, if you give us 30 days notice your free to go without a termination fee.
the statement "Watch out for lease terms, It is irrevocable and you have to pay a high percentage rate like 15-20% because it is not in-house as well as...
"Noblepay processors secretly lock their terminals with a code that only their system can unlock. What a SCAM." are 100% false!
We've never leased a piece of equipment nor do we offer free terminals with locked code. I've seen other processors do this but its just not a practice NoblePay participates in.
All of our applications are collected via our secure online application and are never left with a merchant so I'm afraid whoever posted this complaint may be confusing us with another company.
Respectfully,
-Chris

This Chris from NoblePay.
I just learned there there's another company called NobelPay so perhaps this poster is confusing the 2 companies?
My company Noblepay doesn't have a contract as we allow you to cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
We don't have a termination fee.
We don't offer free credit card terminals so that claim is not correct in fact we are one of the biggest advocates against free terminals.
We've never locked a terminal as again we don't participate in free terminals
All expense with our service is clearly spelled out in our agreement so there have never been hidden fees with our service.
-Chris

THEY ARE A SCAM. STAY FAR AWAY. THE OWNER SPENDS HIS TIME ON INTERNET WRITING FAKE REVIEWS. THEY ARE A RIPOFF. YOU WILL FIND GOOD COMPANIES LISTED WITH BBB, THEY ARE NOT. IF YOU WANT TO LOSE CHARGEBACKS AND WANT YOUR COMPANY TO BE A BIG DISASTER GO WITH THEM - ELSE LOOK AROUND AND FIND A BETTER COMPANY WHO CARES AND WHO HAVE GREAT SUPPORT 24X 7
