This has happend to me to, I was lied and cheated, They say that the discount rate will be 1.29%, but all my discounts on an average were 3-4% and when confronted, I was told that the discount rate varies if a different card is used. I understand if it was little +- , however I was told 1.29 and I am being charged 4%, Also we have lost almost all chargebacks when people order and falsely claims they didnot order.

Their customer support is non existing. I am a small photographer and becuase of Noble Pay. I have lost a lot of money.

Be aware they have bunch of hidden cost in the contracts. The owner claims he is ready to talk, but is never available. I would make sure I do a complaint to Atoorney General about this fraudlent practice by noblepay.

Check other ripoffreports about them, this crooks should be shut down . I have taken my business away

#1 Owner of Company

NoblePay doesn't have hidden fees at all

AUTHOR: Noblepay - Framingham (U.S.A.)

Donald,

This is Christopher Swift from NoblePay.

I'm not sure exactly who you are or your company is and I find it shocking that this site allows accusations to be thrown around without validating them first.

If you look at all of our marketing materials in particular on the photography forums we serve I can assure you we never promote a rate of 1.29% so there's no way in the world I would have offered you such a rate.

If you review the agreement you signed you'd see that all processors have the same costs issued to them from the card associations.

In fact in the agreement you signed you'd see all of rates and fees clearly outlined in the schedule of fees section so there's nothing hidden or misleading whatsoever with a NoblePay account.

You would have seen the rate you were quoted as well as where the rate can fall to a non qualified tier.

The only way a card would have fallen between 3 to 4% is if you collected a business card or if you didn't enter the proper information required to keep the card in qualification such as the billing address or zip code.

If that data isn't entered the card will downgrade to a non qualified tier which is what I presume could have happened if you were paying higher then expected rates.

FYI, this will happen with every processor in the United States.

As far as chargebacks go, the banks always take the side of the consumer and the burden of proof is on you the merchant to proof that service was rendered via a chargeback dispute investigation conducted by the card associations NOT NoblePay.

I have never once lied or deceived a merchant in my 14 years and take great offense to these accusations.

I stand by my company many positive referrals if you' like.

our customer support line is 888-888-4009 and its always answered round the clock.

I'm not hard to find either - just call (((ROR redacted))) ext. 301 or by email at (((ROR redacted))).

If you email me I'll even supply my personal cell phone number

I don't lock my clients into contracts because I don't have hidden fees and if I did they'd cancel on all the time

Respectfully,

-Chris

#2 Consumer Suggestion

Noblepay is Fraud - WARNING !! Complete Disaster, STAY AWAY - You always lose! They always win

AUTHOR: Jamesevans - Atlanta (U.S.A.)

The owner Christopher Swift is a liar and a SCAM Artist. Stay away from NOBLEPAY. As a merchant you always lose. You never win any charge backs and you lose your money, they still take their scammy ripoff 4% commission, and the original charge back fraud client gets away with your goods. This company is going down. Don't take food away from your kids to feed him.

Check out more complaints and if you are a victim file yours too. Please report to the Attorney General.

IF YOU ARE A MERCHANT, DO NOT GO WITH THEM. YOUR BUSINESS WILL GO DOWN AND THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING BUT SIT BACK AND ENJOY WHATEVER THEY HAVE MADE OF YOU !!

THE OWNER CLAIMS HE WILL TALK AND SOLVE ALL ISSUES, INFACT HE WON'T EVEN COME ON PHONE.

HE WON'T HE IS SCAMMY AND EXPERIENCE ENOUGH TO HIDE ALL HIS BULLSHIT BEHIND THE INTERNET AND HE IS NOW BEING EXPOSED.

I HOPE HIS BAD KARMA GETS TO HIM.
