One busy day at my small cd shop a guy walks in and offers me more sales by purchasing a credit card machine so he convinces me after telling me about bank fees and surcharges.Trying to deal with customers and listen to this salesman he set me up to receive this equipment (this was back in 2004).It happened so fast I can't recall how I ended up signing,but shortly I received my product,excited put my credit card machine to work I may have used it once or twice then it didn't seem to work I contacted this company they said they would send some one who never came,then it was I had to pay for it to get fixed then it was I don't want your machine,well we don't take it back...huh??? Well I put it in a box and returned it to sender,thought it was dead and done. Needless to say I went out of business.Five yrs later after schooling n finding my way through this reccession I started cleaning up my credit,and BAM I get a letter on 11/21/09 about resolving this debt with a number and a help letter stating to call for discount. So I called got the rudest collection agent(Ruben Garcia)after explaining to him I returned the machine he said they didn't care and they were going to take my money out my bank whether I like it or not because I live in MA and the court is in NY,NY I wont show up and the will garnish my check with a court order.So I look up these wonder twins to find ammunition to present in court and I find these jokers on a ripoff report.
