Pay Pal is the worst  company to do business with! Their attitude is much like the big banks, where they feel they are to big to fail or care about their customers!

I have a merchant account which I'am charged $30.00 a month for on top of the $5.62 they take from every sale I process.

I built a website and pay an average of $4.75 a lead to get to my site. When my customers click to check out they are hit with a pop up survey that benifits Pay Pal.

About a month ago I noticed while testing my site, Pay Pal hired a third party company to do a survey in their behalf and AT MY EXPENSE!

My first call to Pay Pal I was told this was a random survey 1 out of every 1000 people were asked to do the survey. After I explained I receive the survey everytime I go to the shopping cart I was told to clear my internet Cache to make it go away.

The pop up continued to show up everytime I or my friends went to the site proving it was not random.

Three weeks later I open a ticket and am told the survey is not theirs.

A week later I call to check out the status of the ticket and I'am told their is nothing IT can do to remove the survey and they can do what they want due to my customer being redirected to PayPal (no longer on my site) when they decide to buy.

I have the rude conversation I had if you would like to hear it. I told them I was recording for clarity and was told that was fine!
