Pivotal Payments Approved me to run payments then cancelled my account and took money from my business Melville, New York

Pivotal Payments accepted my application for my two business's to run cc processing.  They gave me an internet gateway to run both so I had no equipment.  They gave me the green light to run payments.  After I ran 2 payments they gave me the run around about processing my payments for 2 weeks.  I just got off the phone with them today and they said they closed my accounts and i have to wait 6 months for my payment to be given to me.  Not only that they just withdrawaled my account 130.97 for fees on these payments i have to wait 6 months to get.  If I wasnt approved and they are not processing my payments how can I be charged anything and what kind of company is going to give you the green light then cancel you after you run a payment.

Now my options are to wait 6 months or look unprofressional with my customer, get a new service and rerun the card a month later after she already recieved her equipment from me and eat the fees they are going to charge.  This is a joke..do not do business with this company they are unprofressional, they do not call you back and they give you the run around.  They didnt even call me to tell me they cancelled me.
