I am another guy who used the RepairClinic.com site to purchase a part for my washing machine. In the "secure check-out process", I was redirected to WebLoyalty.com. for "coupons/discounts".

WebLoyalty.com, out of the CT BBB area, is another one of those companies that uses the credit card information, sold & provided by it's partner company, RepairClinic.com, for automatic monthly credit card charges...every month...for...forever ??? Ever try to cancel or get your money refunded from one of these? Best wishes to you!

WebLoyalty.com is a non-member, unsatisfactory with the BBB, and exposed on the internet scam/ripoff sites. It's partner, RepairClinic.com, is not a BBB member, and getting exposed on the internet for it's partnership with WebLoyalty.com. The BBB web site company report for RepairClinic.com is unavailable on 10/29/2007 due to "evaluation". The Michigan Attorney General has posted an opinion that the "negative option/advance consent marketing" used by RepairClinic.com & WebLoyalty.com are illegal in Michigan.

Shame on both of these companies. How does this happen in America?

Due to customer feedback, as of 4/23/08 RepairClinic.com has stopped offering the programs commonly referred to as Reservation Rewards or Shopper's Discount, or any other program offered by Webloyalty, a Connecticut corporation.
