Total Merchant Services I have been using this company for my credit/debit processing for my business for over 3 years. Recently a representative came in to my business and told me the company would like to reduce my rates/ Basalt, Colorado

This company had a representative come in to my business and he proceeded to tell me that they would like to give me a better fee/rate for my credit/debit processing which I have with their company.
I explained to him that my contract was up in December and I did not want to lock myself into a new contract until I checked out other companies.  He said that was fine and all they wanted to do was give me a better rate.  Then I received 2 forms in the mail with 2 new account numbers - I immediately called and informed the young lady I talked to what had happened.  She said she would delete these 2 accounts.  Then while I was out of town, my daughter received an e-mail requesting equipment return.  We had not received any equipment and only had our original equipment.  They proceeded to tell her this was equipment from my salon that I had closed in November 2009 which I had returned the equipment at that time.  I find it very convenient that all of a sudden after this gentleman came in and scammed me and got caught that they are now saying that equipment from 2 years ago was never returned.  They also proceeded to debit my current business for $500 (the amount for the equipment from the other business).  This business has no connection with that business so I don't understand how they can do that.  I am more than livid!!
