Trans tech merchant group Thieves took my money Carrollton, Texas

this company started with me a few months after I open for business in 2006. Around 2007 another company offered a better rate, so I went with the new company not knowing about the penalties at hand, well I thought my new company would cancel the old company but they did not I was to do that. I did not realized that till last year 2010 around August, when I seen two credit card companies charging me monthly fees, one was my current service company and the other trans tech. So I called them and they explain to me that I had never cancelled with them so I am being charged a $40.00 monthly minimum for not doing so. I was so mad at myself for not cancelling I know better than that. I tell the representative that I would like to cancel now and see if I could get some of my money back since I had no activity for over two years (long shot put I took it). She told me that I could cancel with a penalty fee and no money was to be return to me, ok I said, what is the penalty? $450.00 she said, WOW no way! I said, you took $40.00 a month for over two years with no service being done and you still want me to pay $450.00 dollars? your crazy. She told me that there was away to avoid the penalty, which was to wait for the window frame when the contract expires yearly, between November and January 30th or something like that. So no brainer right? I just pay a few more months at $40.00 and end up paying a lot less of the $450.00. Well gues what happen? I forgot to cancel, I called them like the first week of February and they said I'm sorry sir but your too late if you like to cancel you must pay the $450.00 dollars, I was so mad they took my money knowing well I did not used them thats wrong how could they sleep at night hitting on the small business like that. So I paid the penalty and reported them to the BBB. I hope they get in trouble, make them pay! THIEVES
