Transfirst Stay away from this company. They are incompetent and over-priced Aurora, Colorado

Transfirst is a bad company with terrible service.  My experience with Transfirst was awful.  They're the worst.  Stay away!

The first issue is that I was both being overcharged and double billed by Transfirst for an extended period of time.  The double billing was acknowledged by Transfirst although they were only willing to correct the mistake going back 90 days - a very small recompense for years of double billing! 

At the same time, I questioned their fees of almost 30% and they managed to magically get changed as if they had originally been pulled right out of the air.  Mind you, they're still absurdly high at almost 10% of the transaction. 

The worst thing though is that they so miserably screwed up my request to change from one merchant bank to another that they erroneously closed down my gateway account twice!  This caused my company to miss two billing cycles so that the revenue was not received and My company looked completely foolish to its clients.

I am in the process of getting rid of this company as quickly as possible although this is a great inconvenience since my historic records are all stored in my gateway account.

Don't ever start with Transfirst.  They are a terrible company - with awful customer service.
