1 st Capital Consumers Group Credit Card Phone Frauds Buffalo New York

I was called by this company and talked to a representitive who identified himself as "Frank George"..but he spoke such poor English I doubt the name was real. He gave me a membership PIN, a representitive number (279), and a promise of Visa and Matercards for a processing/enrollment fee of 219.00. Electronic withdrawl was used.

Needless to say, no cards arrived, their phone is either not available or you get no answer, even after leaving a message. The phone number they give is Canadian area code (416), but they give an address in Buffalo N.Y..

I called Phonebusters in Canada, an anti-fraud organization, which informed me that this company already had over 250 complaints, and that people were getting nothing or junk in the mail. Phonebusters is in Ontario, Canada, at the folowing address:
