1st national credit aka debt consolidation network aka military credit counseling services aka 1st united credit aka (put your state here)debt consolidation.
took 892$ of my money,won't give it back even thou i've tried repeatedly to do so.

started program 11-1-02 they said to let my creditors know i was joining program,i did. then creditors were reporting me late and calling everyday. 1st nat. told me to send them 20$ to shut them up until program went into affect. they still kept calling.called 1st nat. to complain and they said that they would send a cease and desist letter to said company and if they kept calling i should sue them.i thought all was well,went on vacation for 10 days. had 10 phone calls from one creditor. 4 from another. called all creditors. never heard from 1st nat. or recieved any cease and desist letters as of dec 5 02.
called 1st nat. the girl said that my 2nd payment was not there.

of course it was i was holding the bank statement in my hand. i became angry without swearing saying that all creditors were complaining to me and they were suppose to take care of me.

then i recieved a nasty letter from George L. saying that they will not take abuse from me and are canceling me as a client unless i wrote to them and told them otherwise.i wrote all right, but it was to cancel program and ask for money back.

i have taken steps to retrieve money and am waiting for closeure.

this company if you look up all aka's on web has about 100 sites all for 1st national credit. 1-888-908-debt.
we join because of all the promises Dave told me about on the phone to help our military guys with bill problems.
when i joined up i was not late or over due on anything.just wanted to put all eggs into one basket. now i'm late over due and trying to fix everything myself.

maybe a lawyer will finally take class action against these guys.
