My husband went into the credit repair program with the promise of getting his credit better. He paid $395.00 and they promised to raise his credit score and take things off the credit that didn't belong.
Along with the mistakes we were told by the owner that he could also take off bankruptcies that were on the report due to inaccuracies or things they may have left off when reporting to the agencies. We were not to run our credit for 3 months, and after that time, the owner would run it and see what else they need to do.
After only receiving 2 letters in almost a year, the credit is no better and a refund is out of the question. I was told by the owner that they did what they said and they have no idea what is going on but they will send a copy of the credit reports from all 3 agencies to prove that the score has raised.
It has now been 4 months and I still have not received anything from them. They will not return my calls and now we not only have the same score but also we have been conned out of $395.00.
I would NOT recommend anyone get this service from this company. We have asked for a refund on two different occasions and the owner gets upset and says that he is doing his job and we have paid and there are no refunds. The web-site says differently and when you speak with them, they say otherwise also. Money back guarantee to them means that you are guaranteed not to get your money back.

repair your credit involves 2 things: paying your bills as agreed and TIME.
NO ONE needs to pay any "fix my credit" outfit. There is nothing that they do (other than take your money) that you can't do yourself.
It's all about knowledge, not about blame!
Please don't go seeking another "credit repair" place in the future. If you don't know how to fix credit reports and such, hunt around on the internet for guidance (not a pay outfit.)
A good place to seek knowledge about this is with non-profit consumer credit couseling agencies - many have websites with a library of free information, worksheets, sample letters, and such available for download (pdf files.)
Learn how to do it all for yourself. You can make a realistic budget, negotiate settlements with creditors, set up 2 or 3 year payment plans, and get errors on your credit reports all fixed without paying anyone a dime - you can do it yourself.
If you can't find the information you seek, let me know here and I'll post some stuff or send an email to Ed and ask him to forward it to me.
Cheer up! These things can be fixed! It takes effort and some time, but they can be fixed!
