ALW Sourcing LLC sent a debt collection letter on a phone account that was closed out over 11 years ago- so old didn't even recognize the home phone number associated with this letter. Since our credit is pristine and we've bought multiple homes and check our credit score, I knew this to be completely bogus debt. I called the original company and they no longer even had us as an account holder. I also called ALW Sourcing LLC to dispute this debt and then sent a letter by certified mail disputing this debt as being completely bogus.

I then contacted my state attorney general and the BBB. Do NOT let ALW Sourcing LLC get away with collecting on these fraudulent debts. They use a company that you had business with long ago to lend credibility to their "debt collection" but do not pay them. Contact your BBB and state attorney general so that others do not get scammed by this company for these fake debts. Also check out your state's statute of limitations on debt collection and make a point of mentioning this in your complaint. Some states allow you to sue for their trying to collect on a debt that SOL have run out on.

ALW Sourcing LLC needs to be shut down. Our case was conveniently closed once BBB got involved but I still want to fight them for sending out false debts in the first place. I would hate to see even one person pay on this fake debt. Fight back!!!
