American Credit Solutions ripoff, disappeared, violation of FTC Act Chapter 17, misleading, passing on information, Class action? Tampa Florida

I was told that if I did their system I would receive my money back and that I would be able to get their credit for a credit card, not towards items in their catalog.

When I called to get a refund, they told me that they had me agree that I was not under the wrong impression by misleading the conversation. Now I am really really upset that they were able to get my information from credit reporting agencies without even asking for proof of good commerce commitments.

What is going on here? I am receiving all sorts of credit cards all the time this way with pre-approval but when you call they want money or some of the same things that ACS sent.

Sure the information the ACS sent on how to repair credit was good but I found out the same info at Washington Mutual FOR FREE! NOT 200 Dollars. So if anyone thinks that we could class action against them my info is secured here to contact me by using the rebuttal box. Thanks
