American Debt Arbitration, Nationwide Asset Services --- don't fall for this "get out of debt" scam Clearwater Florida

If anyone is thinking of hiring American Debt Arbitration/ Nationwide Asset Services to "get out of debt," think again! I hired them to settled several credit card debts, and I seriously thought they were exactly what I needed. Then, I started getting letters from collection agencies and lawyers.

One of the accounts was given to the Arbitration Forum. Another was filing a judgment against me. I borrowed the money, and settled the accounts myself. American Debt Arbitration/Nationwide Asset Services charged me for an account they didn't even settle.

In fact, they only settled one for me. They told me this was in my contract. They really sound good when they're trying to get you to enroll, but don't fall for it. Everytime I needed advice or help, they told me not to worry. They acted like I was bothering them when I called.

Most of the customer service reps don't know what is going on because each one of them will tell you a different thing to do. I really got into a mess, and I would like to prevent others from going through this. I would advise you not to use their services unless you are willing to suffer stress for a long period of time. Some of their reps will tell you that it would all have worked out if I had stayed in their program. I just couldn't handle the pressure.
