They promise to help. They promise to bring a fast solution to a debt problem. But what they do is simply suck money from your account - do nothing to help - and then when the bank actually extends an offer - they take the credit and want even more money. I settled my debt one-on-one with the bank after firing these people and now they are trying to suck more money out of me.
