Our customer service policy is very clear. Customers may cancel at anytime and, if they believe they have paid for services they have not received we would be happy to provide a refund. However, this client (if real) has 24/7 access to our Customer Center to see exactly what has been done on their behalf. The claim that, "...still haven't seen any work done..." is patently false as a review of all client records indicates a minimum number of actions have been taken or management receives notification via our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
We do not take false claims lightly. Nor do we ignore competitor efforts to falsely discredit our service.
If this is a real client, we'd be happy to extend a refund, despite the proof of services rendered we would happily provide to the client (although the client already has access to that information). Why? Because we recognize their are less than scrupulous businesses and competitors that will tell prospective clients anything to get their money. American Credit Group does not subscribe to that method of business. And no one client, nor the $89 setup or $49 monthly fee is worth having our reputation and integrity called into question.
American Credit Group believes this is a hoax, and patently false. Perpetrated by someone with a financial interest in discrediting American Credit Group.
