Ammend Credit Counseling False advertising, charges a fee, defaults on payments and ruins credit! Cincinatti Ohio

Ammend Credit Counseling has been deducting money from my account for almost 5 years claiming to be paying my creditors. Meanwhile, they have been pocketing $10 a month (without my consent, they call it a "donation" and have defaulted on one of my credit cards.

I now owe my credit company almost $200 in late fees because Ammend was not paying them on time AND my credit is in jeopardy.

I've contacted the company many, many times with my concerns and they refuse to send me records of where my money has been going and when. They refuse to help me get my late fees figured out and are ignoring the fact that I have my originaly contract, which proves I never agreed to a $10/month "donation".

Scott, the main guy over there, just keeps sending me emails claiming to be non-profit and saying God Bless You, like this is going to make me forget he owes me over $700!!! If I had never signed up with this company, my debt would be gone, but I did sign up with them and now I owe, owe, owe!!! BEWARE, they are one big scam and have the worst customer service.

They are not professionals.
