AMMEND CREDIT COUNSELING ripoff false promises ignore emails sent telephone is always busy

In January of the 2002, I had lost my job, and I was getting behind on my credit cards.

I was informed that Consumer Credit Counseling help in this situations.

I received an e-mail from Ammend Credit Counseling, I applied through the internet with many promises to keep paying my credit cards. I was told by Ammend, that the interest on the credit cards will be lowered, and that they will waved the late fees, etc.

Well, nothing alike has happened yet. As today, I keep receiving statements from the four credit cards, showing late payments fees, my balances are going up.

I can't get hold on them by phone or e-mail. I have sent many e-mails and I do not get replies. I do not know what they do with the mony they withdraw from my bank every month. I am in a very serious trouble than before with my credit cards. HELP!!!!!
