AMS AMS continued hassarassment by phone Internet

Portfolio recovery associates, also known as AMS continues to harrass me by calling my phone at numerous hours ranging from 6:30am to 10pm randomly. The caller sometimes leaves a first name or none at all and a number to call them back and only indicates a personal matter. 

The caller sometimes is a woman or a man. the calls range between 4 to 8 calls a day over a 7 day week. I have personally expressed to the caller that i do not have a clue as to why they call and asked them to stop all contact directly. this last time was as of December 28, 2009. which i recieved 6 calls randomly at different hours of the day.

I have sent previous letters in the past year and a half to no avail to the address in san jose, california and virginia and other addresses the company uses to send correspondance from.

I request legal assistance to stop this continued harrassment. i live on disability and a fixed income and have no financial means of paying such creditors for debts that i personally do not have with their company.

I further request the state attorney general to step in and assist if possible this aggravating and undue harrassment as it continues to aggravate my health conditions and has caused me to have sever anxiety attacks where as an ambulance has been called on occasion.
