Aspire Company lies about when payments are due; customer services refuses to transfer to supervisor on complaint Atlanta Georgia

Aspire credit card company sent out a mailing called the "Pay More, Get More" promotion - in my particular case they state in the letter that if I were to come up with $983 by March 14th, 2009, they will issue a credit of $655.
As I am currently unemployed, it took me some time to make arrangements to obtain the $983, but i was finally successful at doing so by 3 PM (my local time, MST) on Friday, March 13th, 2009.
When I attempted (at 3:05 PM (MST) 3/13/09) to use their web page to make the immediate payment, the web page said that the earliest date a payment would post to their account would be on Wednesday, March 19th.
I immediately called their customer service - I was transferred to a supervisor who informed me that they could arrange for the payment to be posted as of Monday (3/13/09) but that they could NOT guarantee that the credit of $655 they promised in the promotion letter would be granted.
I asked that supervisor to transfer me to their supervisor or to a dispute resolution supervisor. I was told that they would NOT do that, but that they would arrange for me to get a call back within the next 48 - 72 business hours.
I explained to the supervisor that I was on line with that the letter the Aspire credit card company sent me did not mention anything about the deadline being 5 PM EST on 3/13/09. Rather, the letter simply said that if payment were made by March 14th, the credit would be applied.
