BANK OF AMERICA RIP OFF ARTIST Internet

We had an account with BOA and left a small balance in the account while we switched to another bank.  In August BOA let a company that we had changed banking information with run a charge through without the funds twice.......They never contacted us until we got a letter from a collection agency today.  I called BOA and they said that they contacted us by email since we always got our statements via the internet.  WE HAVE NEVER GOTTEN A ONLINE STATEMENT.  We always got ours in the mail.  She said she was sorry but there was nothing that they could do and they closed the account.  It seemed funny that we got all kinds of mail from them for life insurance, etc.  NOTHING about this problem.  We had never bounced a check with them in the 10 years that we had an account. Thank goodness we now bank else were.  Run from this company, they only want to charge fee after fee after fee and then have the nerve to take our tax money also via the TARP program.
