Beacon Debt Solutions Put me in barkruptcy court Westminster, California

The concept of not paying your creditors is the wrong choice.  These people took my money but failed to meet their obligations.  I was served 2 summons.  I notified them and sent them a copy.  The failed to commicate with me on any actions they were taking on them.  They provided me no guidance.  As you are told to tell the creditors that they should communicate with Richard A Lennart, it is implied that would provide servics regarding legal matters.  He did not.  As a matter of fact, I calld and sent emails daily and was not contacted by anyone.  They only settled 2 accounts for 75 cents on a dollar.  Far less than the advertised.  I am now in default on one summons and had to remove the account for the other summons and deal directly with the lawyer.  Beacon's solution was for me to pay more money to which I am unable.  I now received a third summons and expect another.  I was told they were negotiating but still no information.  I paid them enough money in the first 12 months to settle these accounts but they have to have their money first.   Bad choice, bad comany.
