After getting a contract from Briggs & Baker stating for a fee of $3300 they would elimate my credit card debt of $16,000 for a total payment of $2475.

Once I paid the fee they told me they had negotiated with my creditors for outlandish amounts (barely less then I originally owed). When I told them this was unacceptable they insisted this was the best they could do. They did not fulfill their contracted service. I told them I wanted a refund and they told me they would send it but I never got a dime.

I have now been harrassed by phone, letters, and an actual judgment against me from these same creditors. I finally had to file bankruptcy. My credit has been ruined because of their false claims.
