In November of 2001 I went to Briggs & Baker to resolve my debt. For a fee they promised, under the CA accord and satisfaction law, to save me 70 percent off my debt and clear my credit. They did not. Instead, they took my money and hung me out to dry.

In December of 2002 and January of 2003, I won two judgments against Briggs and Baker(aka DRS now) in Santa Clarita small claims court (to get my the fees paid to Briggs & Baker). Since then, Briggs & Baker has refused to pay my judgments and is using every legal trick in the book, not to pay me. As of this writing, I am still fighting them in court trying to get was is legally, and morally, mine.
