Briggs And Baker (AKA Debt Resolution Specialists, DRS) ripoff Valencia California

Briggs & Baker, now doing business as Debt Resolution Specialists or DRS, did not conduct business in the manner that I contracted with them. They eagerly took my money, then ruined my credit rating by their means of conducting business.

I would advise anyone to reconsider if they were thinking of paying for this company's services. They took my money, but did not honor their contractual commitment.

I sued them for breach of contract in Ocotber 2002 and wona judgment against them for the amount of money they took from me. However, they have not paid the judgment. Consequently, I am incourt at least once a month trying to collect from Todd Baker, the owner of this business. I gladly submitted a declaration to the Attorney General for the State of California in assistance with that suit that has been filed against Briggs & Baker. I am aware that the Department of Corporations has been looking into the business practices of Todd Baker and his employees.

These people are in the business of taking money from consumers and doing nothing for it. Several dozens of consumers have filed claims at the Los Angeles Superior Court Valencia Courthouse against this business. When I went to the Sheriff's office to pay for the service of process, a deputy commented to me, "Looks like we have to go over to Briggs & Baker again." I naturally asked how often they serve process at this business the reply was, "At least once a week."
