CAMCO, Capital Acquisitions & Management Company rip-off abused & mistreated Rockford Illinois

Today CAMCO contacted me after I had already sent a cease and decist letter. They told me they have never seen such a letter. Jade asked If I am disputing the debt. I told Jade the debt she is talking about is over 12 years old, past the statute of limitations. I asked for an address in whihc to send another letter. She gave me a P.O. Box address. I asked for a name whom I may address this letter. She cut in and asked me if I was going to pay the debt and said the statute of limitations does not apply to second party collectors. (THIS IS NOT TRUE!) I again asked for a name.

Jade then said, and I quote "You sure do ask alot of questions. It is time I ask questions. Do you think you get money for free? Be a man and pay your debts". She then hung up the phone on me.

Funny how CAMCO acts when someone backs them into a corner with federal law.
