Camco Ripoff Phone Terrorist Rockford Illinois

Wow! This sight is unbelieveable....I am so glad I am not the only one be held hostage by these phone terrorist.

Plain and simple. These people buy third party debts. They CAN NOT, I repeat CAN NOT, collect on most of these debts. They have tried to strong arm me over the phone for a couple of month now. My personal debt was over 15 years old. I had made arrangements with the origanal debtor way back...My debt was taken care of. When they(Camco)call, they state I owe over $8500.00, but they will settle for under $1000.00. I asked them for proof, and actual ownership, but they have never reponded. I have sent CEASE AND DESIST letters, which they claim they never recieved. I quit answering my phone when I see TOLL FREE 877 #

So finally, I got thier real business address and sent out a C&D letter with a return signature that they recieved it.
