Ripped off by Capital Choice Consumer Credit

I have sent $43.00 to capital choice consumer credit on February 15. I received a call verifying that I get a free gift included with my membership that included a 100 minute free phone card. I received the phone card, but I did not receive the credit card that I had signed up for that led to me to believe that I would be able to rebuild my credit history. I called the information number on the phone card to ask further questions about my credit card that was suppose to have come a few weeks ago. I called the number for two days and they had a busy signal and when I finally got through, I just listened to music for more than ten minutes and decided to try later. I looked up this company on the internet to hopefully find a number that I could contact about my credit card, but then I found this. I cannot believe this happening. I want to do anyting that I can to get my money back and prevent this from happening to other people. The number that was on my phone card is 1-888-446-3353 if you would like to verify my story. Please contact me with any further things that I could do to bring this to other people's attention and receive my money.
