capital one bank credit card, it's a real card but a BIG Rip-off Scam!

i have a credit card from capitl one and i onely has a $ 200.00
credit limint on the card i throught i better do away with the capital one card on the 11th mo. i cut up the credit a long with a little and a payment i mail it to capital one and told then i was cancel the card and i will know longing need they serveric i have never miss a payment with them and never been late when i got my bill today and the $80.00 i mail to then on fri feb 15 was not posted on the statement msn $19.95 whih i told then back in nov to cancel was on there which was on jan 23. overlimit fee $25.00 and membership fee $59.00 pass due fee $25.00 payment protection fee 3.95 a total now of 488.09 capital is a big rip off one ladies told me the onely way to keep thing from been add is to pay in full i then was going to call the class action law suit and lord and behold the same voice that on the record at capital one bank is the same voice is when you call the class action law suit. the same voice capital is reall rip used off - now i got the credit back in the 90.and i asking the ladies why i can not get and increse. but the bank will go over the the credit limint the old saying on the top of the state say why does good credit count/ what i want to know is why is they rip use off
