capital one deceptive practices city of Industry, California

I opened a account with capital one for a credit card. I was told there was no fees to open the account and no interest for 6 months. My wife and I opened a separate account at the same time and both of us were approved and each was sent out a new card. We used the same process for applying and only after I had the card for 3 weeks was I told I was being charged 39.00 for a membership fee. My wife has never been charged any fees. When I first contacted capital one they told me I had fees because I agreed to have them remove money for insurance for the card wich I did not agree to, then they changed their story and some people get charged annual fees and others don't. They could not explain why or how, other than it could be something on my credit report, wut they were not sure. I have a better credit score than my wife, but she didn't have to pay an annual fee, I did. capital one refuse to back down so I cancelled the card. Bottom line don't trust these introductory credit card crap from even Capital One because they are ALL liars, they just want to suck you in and then play games to suck what ever money they can out of you. I hate all our banking financial institutions, they are all a bunch of liars thieves, and wh**es
